YPO Southeast Asia is forming a new Regional Chapter based out of Bangkok. The organization is looking for a qualified Administrator to handle its affairs and the relationship with its members.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High Fluency in written and spoken English.

Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant / Synergia One Group of Companise (1 Position)

Qualifications:

  • Female, age not over 35 years old. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Arts, Marketing, International Marketing or Management, Business English or other related fields.
  • Proven track record of professional secretarial experience at upper management levels.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English with computer and internet expertise (Command of other languages would be beneficial)
  • An enthusiastic team player with analytical, interpersonal and communication skills and a pleasant personality.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Job Descriptions:

  • Handle all secretarial tasks for and under the supervision of the Founder/Chairman/CEO.
  • Coordinate on all projects and tasks between the Founder/Chairman/CEO and the management of all companies of the Synergia One Group.
  • Prepare, collect, organize and communicate all necessary documentation related to embassies, consulates and law firms.
  • Assemble data from various sources for the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Arranging and managing all schedules and appointments.
  • Attending board meetings and taking minutes.
  • Handling of various correspondences from the desk of the Founder/Chairman/CEO.
  • Organizing outside meetings as requested.
  • Engaging in internal and external business communications.
  • Liaising with other departments/units on behalf of the Founder/Chairman/CEO.
  • Various other job-related assignments from the Founder/Chairman/CEO.
